WHAT DO WE DO?

We work closely with local employers to find quality long-term accommodation for their employees. We specialise in placing these professional tenants in shared housing.

We remain fully up to date with the latest tenancy laws and relevant legislation. 

We provide you, the landlord, a hands-off and hassle-free experience. 

We return the property to you at the end of the contract in at least the same condition as when the contract started.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Rather than signing a standard AST agreement with a tenant, you as landlord sign a management agreement with Pareto Properties, which typically lasts 5 years.

The management agreement is drafted by our solicitors (at our expense) and includes all of the key terms such as the monthly rental amount (the amount that we pay you each month).

We do not have an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) with the property owner since it is not appropriate in this situation.
