Why Work With Us?

Your initial thoughts may be that we are your competitors, or that working with us would mean you miss-out on fees? Quite the contrary, and in fact there are many tangible benefits to working with us.

  • You will still earn your tenant sourcing fee from the landlord if the property is already on your books

  • If the property is currently managed by yourself, you will still earn the monthly management fee from the landlord per your existing agreement

  • However, you would no longer need to do anything except pass the guaranteed monthly rent from Pareto Properties to the landlord (minus your management fee, of course)

  • We will take care of the day-to-day management of the property, find tenants, collect rent and ensure the property is well maintained inside (landlord remains responsible only for ensuring the structural integrity of the property).

Perhaps there are properties already on your books that we could look at? You could collect an ongoing monthly fee for the next 5 YEARS with ZERO effort.

So what is a suitable property? We are looking for licensed HMOs with at least 5 bedrooms, or the potential to convert into a licensed HMO.
